About

Our roots date back to 1628 in Olde Salem, where our botanist ancestors found refuge. They are believed to be connected to Waldo & Stearns Apothecary, East India Inn & Tea House, The Porters, H7G and The Ballou Pictorial Newspaper.
Our Great Grandmother, Sal (Aka, Sally or Sarah) Ballou, is still commemorated in a purple stained glass window in her church steps from "The Witch House". She helped the House of Seven Gables open their Tea House, cooking and serving Salem, mother to a veteran and community doctor. Our family tree is a blend of French, Irish, English and several other lines still being discovered.
Education: BA in Psychology and licensure in body therapy, training in herbalism, salves and their healing effects due to these studies. Mixing herbs for tea, skincare, baking, soap making, writing, art and DIY salves...activities I love, were also enjoyed by my ancestors! I have been uncovering these roots since living in Salem full time with my grandmother, S.O. and 2 cats.
